Wreaths Across America 2023

Each December on National Wreaths Across America Day, our mission to Remember, Honor and Teach is carried out by coordinating wreath laying ceremonies at Arlington National Cemetery, as well as at more than 2,100 additional locations in all 50 U.S. States, at sea and abroad.  

Please help us honor and remember as many fallen heroes as possible by sponsoring a wreath and joining us at the Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Boulder City, NV.  This year the ceremony will begin at 9 a.m. on Saturday, December 16, 2023.  

Join us by sponsoring a wreath.  Our goal is 36,000 wreaths.  

Visit with the 64th Aggressor Squadron

Cadets and Seniors from the four Southern Nevada Squadrons, as well as the cadets from Det 004 from AFROTC at UNLV got an up and close with the aircraft from the 64th Aggressors Squadron at Nellis Air force Base.  Members got to talk with Officers and Enlisted members about their jobs and what it takes to be a part of the team and the job the 64th squadron does to train other pilots and give them an experience you can not get anywhere else.

Cyber Patriot

Cadets won State and headed to the Cyber Patriots Semifinals in the Gold Tier division.  All cadets are welcome to join the NV-802 Cyber Team.  Challenges include Windows Server, Workstation, Ubuntu and aspects of IT like networking. 

Quality Cadet Unit Award

Jack Schofield Cadet Squadron received the Quality Cadet Unit Award for the second year in a row!
